- If an item is out of stock or there are uncontrollable factors (such as extreme weather or logistics strikes), we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Package Issues Handling
- Shipping Delays: If the shipping time exceeds the promised delivery window, please contact our customer service for assistance in tracking your package.
- Lost/Damaged Packages: Please inspect the packaging before signing for the package. If you notice any issues, refuse the package and immediately contact customer service. If the package is signed for, please report any issues within 48 hours and provide photo evidence. We will assist with returns, exchanges, or compensation.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
- If the item is damaged due to shipping, we will cover the return/exchange shipping costs.
